A copy after every exam, and you can fill it anywhere.
You do not need to ask twice, and you do not need to buy anything from us to get it. Take it to any shop, or order online if you prefer.
How it works
When you get your copy
Glasses
We give you a copy of your glasses prescription when the exam is done.
Contact lenses
We give you a copy of your contact lens prescription once your fitting is complete, and a trial pair is part of that.
Anywhere
Fill it at any shop, or order online. If a seller calls us to check it, we confirm what is on it.
Need a copy?
Call the office and we will send one.
